But it's a great compact light weight board that can be used for AN types of cutting whether it's joints of meat
Fruit and veg
Basically anything and it has a little compartment
Which you can take off and collect rubbish in or debris that makes it easier than picking up the whole Baird and trying to manoeuvre it to the bin

I have used it in my last 2 cooking videos and would recommend highly
