WynterCon 2017 🏳️‍🌈

Whether you’re an ewok, elf, wizard or dragon, it doesn’t matter, as whatever world you are from, you are welcome in ours.
The award-winning Wyntercon is returning to Eastbourne this October (7-8) and will be welcoming everyone, regardless of their background. Based in Prince’s Park for the first time, the sci-fi extravaganza will be playing host to characters and actors from some our favourite films and TV shows, including Harry Potter, Primeval, Game of Thrones and for those of us of a certain age, the cult children’s TV programme, Knightmare.
There promises to be something for everyone, from a replica Jabba the Hutt photoset, to a variety of creative workshops for children and a chance to meet a real-life Harry Potter Death Eater, as well as a Cosplay area and free to enter competition, dinosaurs, community gaming, replica Labyrinth props and local authors/artists and traders.
Also joining the two-day event, is Bourne Out LGBT, who recently held their first Pride event in Eastbourne. They’ll be having a stand at Wyntercon, to offer support and advice to anyone struggling with their sexuality.
Betty ‘Scottie’ Gallacher from Bourne Out said, “We were delighted to be welcomed into Wyntercon with open arms. At Bourne Out, we know how hard some people find it to be ‘different’ to what can be perceived as the norm. So, it’s vitally important that everyone can come together and enjoy an event like Wyntercon, without being judged. After the success of our Pride event, it’s fantastic to see Eastbourne putting on more diverse events.”
It’s not just visitors who rate Wyntercon as a must-see event. Last year, Wyntercon was awarded the Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Award 2016 by the local business community, and earlier this year, Wyntercon was presented with the Equality and Inclusion Embrace Award.
Commenting on why Wyntercon was chosen for the accolade, Embrace East Sussex founder, Rebecca Whippy said, “We were delighted to be able to award the Embrace Award for Equality and Inclusion to Wyntercon this year. We attended their event for the first time last year and were struck with how laid back everyone was and how our Embrace families were put at their ease. Embrace are excited to be attending again this year and hopeful that many of our families will attend too! The event is great fun for the adults and the kids and very inclusive.”
So, whether you come from a galaxy far, far away, or even Eastbourne itself, book your tickets to Wyntercon 2017 now at www.wyntercon.com/tickets

Hypnosis Ninja

Hypnosis ninja
https://www.hypnosisninja.com/food-relationship

https://www.hypnosisninja.com/food-relationship
So in my latest video I discuss starting hypnosis
What are the benefits ?
Does it work ?
I'm trying it out to see
So I recently got contacted by a company to do a review of a product to do with hypnosis I recently spoke to a co worker who got hypnotised 5 yrs ago to quit smoking it cost him £200 and he hasn't had a cigarette in 5 yrs so I was intrigued to see if hypnosis could work for other issues

So when hypnosis Ninja got in touch I thought I would give it a try, I have been playing the downloaded track once a day for the last 4 days
When you purchase a pack you get a download which you then listen to, it's a 20 mini it's track which walks you through all the steps you need to do.
I prefer to lye down when I listen to mine as I listen to it before I go to sleep after work.
I downloaded to food one as I eat lots of snack food due to odd working hours, it for say in the download that if you do fall asleep that it will still work as it talks to your unconscious mind

Now I'm not gonna lie when I got to the shop before work I always buy a £3 meal deal, carrots with humus, some bottled water and then snacks of sweets or crisps since I started I have moved away from these and going for just a ready meal, and rice crackers the first day I did it when I walked to the shelves my mind don't me I don't need this (as in the food) it was a weird sensation but I would definitely recommend listening to the track at least once a day.

I will keep doing this for a few more days and update the post after a week of using it !

It Might Sound Crazy 🏳️‍🌈 LGBT BLOG

It might sound crazy

I know this sounds really crazy
but I lay there night after night
watching all these films
and I think to myself
the struggle and lives that people lead

I watched a film called
prayers for bobby
and it really puts things into perspective
for life in general
I never really had anyone
to talk to properly about being gay.

There are millions of people out there
all in the same boat
and having someone to talk to
and listen to you can
really make a difference
I never really talk to people about my life
is it because I'm scared to
maybe
but there are so many ways out there for people too and I fel like I need to do something bout it

I journal my life and write every feeling and emotion I feel down for people to look back on in the years to come
I don't try
and
maybe that is my weakness

Why is it so wrong ??
It's not I think but
I don't take the time out
to do anything about it
I just can't seem to get a focus on anything and why
cause I never had anything to focus on
being wrapped up in others things
Like life
work
and friends
I have missed the biggest part of my life
I am approaching 32 this year
and have nothing to look back on
and think that I made any real contribution to the world in any way shape or form
there are people out there
fighting everyday
Whether it being
human rights
The right to marry
The right to be with the one you love
But in an unforgiving world it is an up hill struggle ?

Staying in most nights is probably not good for you or socialising with people
like myself has kept me sheltered
is it the scaredness of a person enough to make things better ?

I  Suppose blogging everyday is a good way but if no one reads or hears about it then what is a person to do ?
pack up and move away
run and hide from problems
or doing something about it
as I write this I have all the best intentions of trying to do better for myself
but I know that within a couple of days or weeks it will be a forgotten piece of writing drifting about in the ether somewhere

Where is the logic in that ??

Guest Blog From LGBT Author Richard Gough-Buijs

Allow us to introduce Richard
One of the first of many stall holders
at this years Pride event in Eastbourne
As an LGBT man
He is married with his dog
and is a self published author
All of Richards details can be found on this page
And his website link is at the bottom of the blog
Don't forget to come say hi to Richard
on the day
and have a look at his books

My name is Richard and I love writing, cooking, traveling, visiting art galleries & museums and theatres. I also like socialising with family and friends. I’m a coeliac and a house elf.
Oh, and before I forget, I also work part-time.
I’m married to Michael and we got a Miniature Schnauzer called Buster.

I started writing in 2011.
The idea for the first book was conceived just three months after Michael and I wedded.
Our wedding was a beautiful, romantic, special and loving day which we spent together with our beloved family and friends.
A wonderful and colourful memory.
It took us a year to plan it.
We did have to consult many different sources to organise our wedding and we were successful in finding all the information which was essential to us. But it would have been less time consuming if all of this information was available in one overview, in one handy book. That’s how the idea for my first book Ooh Yes I Do! was born.
I thought Ooh Yes I Do! would be my first and last book but the addition of a Miniature Schnauzer to our household inspired me to write more books about Buster’s exciting life, his life with his daddies and all their friends.

Everyday Buster meets new dogs & new people and everyday is a new adventure. Ooh Yes I Woof! the adventures of a Miniature Schnauzer is a fantasy-story based on the real life of our Miniature Schnauzer’s first year.
In this book Buster tells you about his exciting adventures with Tracie Heart and the Red Speed Demon, Master Guru George, the white miniature schnauzer Otto, the Holland House and an afternoon tea with the … Queen!
In 2017 I self-published the Dog’s Favourite Recipe Book and culinary adventures of a Miniature Schnauzer. The book is a fun and family-friendly book containing 40 easy made recipes for dogs to make at home and the culinary adventures of a Miniature Schnauzer.
